Ok, let's start with perfume.
Yeah, the scent weakens after a while, but that doesn't mean you can put a ton on.
Especially if it's something heavy.
Seriously.
It's not cool, sexy or cute.
It makes you look like you have no sense of smell.
And again, don't wear a perfume just because it's made by your fav celeb. Wear it because it smells good.
On to makeup.
If you have really oily skin like I do and put on powder to keep your face matte, then keep the eyes simple. You have to balance it all out.
Heavy foundation=neutral everything or nothing else.
Heavy eye makeup=neutral everything else or nothing else
Heavy lipwear=neutral everything else or nothing else.
Ok, it's one thing if you'r going for a Halloween look, but for everyday, use the equations above.
On to hair.
Seriously, don't have the same haircut as everyone else. It's your hair, it's individual just like you. SO make every other aspect about it individual.
You can do what I do and dye it black while it has a slightly overgrown, almost shaggy pixie cut,
Or go for scene hair,
Or put little streaks in the ends and put it up in a little, tight bun so that it gives your bun a striped appearance.
Or just dye it whatever color looks good on you.
Or make it just wild.
But don;t do the typical side bangs and pin straight hair.
It's so overused and common it makes me a little sick.
Be individual.
Be you.
Don't follow the stupid trends.
Do what you want.
Use your clothes to make a statement.
Use your hair/makeup to show off your personality.
